Next the nurse is required to validated the patient allergies and modify them if needed.
The nurse then proceeds to complete the remainder of the intake history. The nurse can also enter additional past medical history, or review the chart if needed by simply hitting the appropriate F-key at the bottom of the screen, as seen above.
